Indeed it does. Mind over matter. I have convinced myself many times that what I was eating WASN'T what it actually was.

Sometimes it worked and sometimes there simply wasn't enough convincing in me.

Lot's of soy sauce or nuoc mam, tastes just like chicken!

Very important, before preparation, soak overnight ( the eater ) in bourbon.
