W.D. Walker
SF lost a true 'Quiet Professional' and SFA CH XXXI lost a good friend on 23 April 2014 when WD Walker died unexpectedly of natural causes.
WD had served as an 05B with A-202 (25th Mobile Strike Force Co, 2 Corps Mobile Strike Force Command), Pleiku, RVN 1967-1968.
WD will be interred in the DFW National Cemetery today (8 May) where he will join a number of close friends, including George Petrie, his MSFC commander and Son Tay Raider.
You're in our thoughts today ya ornery ol' codger. RIP, WD. {SALUTE}
Richard
