B-17 Crew become "Polish Partisans"

A friend with whom I've been back & forth with doing proof-reading on a project capturing the history of his Dad's unit (Holy Cross Brygada) located this tidbit.

EXSUM: Secret mission of some B-17's past their target to behind Soviet lines & Murphy intervenes. Not too long; makes an interesting read & insight into the units stuck (ultimately) between 2 foes. 7 of the 10 chutes out of that plane end up fighting with the Poles for awhile.

I don't like the fact that they appropriated the winged torch of the Pathfinder for their logo, or the fact that the web site is about one more advertising site from being total click bait.
As long as the reporting is true, I'll overlook the torch, and I NEVER click on internet advertisements.
