RIP MSG Smoot

The first time I met Dick Smoot was in Kenova WV. He lined up next to me to run a PT test at the armory by the airfield. I looked at him and wonder WTF is this old bastard doing here? IIRC he went to SFAS, was a non select told them hell I am, stayed and picked right back up with the next SFAS class.

I also remember him bringing a video of the rednecks that lived in white county WV. It was crazy, it started off with a road sign being wrecked by a shotgun, and devolved from there.

He was as hard as woodpecker lips, may he rest in peace.
