SF toxic leadership study
A member of the SF regiment is currently seeking participants to help study the effect of toxic leadership within Special Forces as part of a doctoral dissertation.

If you are a currently serving or recently separated Special Forces Soldier, this anonymous academic study is seeking your participation to help address this problem."
Eligibility: currently serving (active duty & National Guard) or recently separated Special Forces Soldiers of all ranks and experience levels.
Study purpose: to better both the individual welfare of SF Soldiers and the organization by examining individual experiences with toxic leadership.
Expectations: participants will be interviewed in one 60-min video call on Zoom to discuss their personal experiences. If Zoom does not work for a participant, any other video or audio call option is available to include phone call or app calling such as Signal or What's App.
The study is part of a dissertation conducted through the University of Southern California.
Participation in this independent academic study is anonymous—all personally identifiable information will be stripped and anonymized from study results.
