If they can't pack the court they may find a way to replace the Justices that don't tow the line, or at very least politicize court.

“The justices of our highest court are subject to the lowest standards of transparency of any senior officials across the federal government,” wrote Sens. Sheldon Whitehouse (D-R.I.) and John Kennedy (R-La.) in a letter dated June 4, which was made public on Tuesday, according to reports. They asked the Marshals Service for “all documents” related to trips taken by justices over the past decade.

If everything wasn’t so politicized today - this might be considered a reasonable request.

So long as ALL the Justices travel records are given the same level of scrutiny...generally speaking sunlight can be a good thing.

Note that Senator Kennedy (R) from LA joins his liberal colleague in this request.

Unfortunately, much of the Press, however, when eventually provided this information has proven that it has an agenda and selective disclosure could prove problematic.

Absolutely. We put him where he is because of the way he is. If he is after those documents, there is something to it and I will support him until something is proven that it's bogus.
