Public Long Gun Range
If this has already been posted please remove and I will search again.
Are there ANY public ranges in the FT Bragg area longer than 150m? I would like to shoot my .308 at something a little further out.

Look at the NCRPA.ORG site for places to shoot. There are plenty of them. I just spent the afternoon shooting one of the .223s at 200, 300, and 500M. Cross Creek has 200M and Wagram has 300M (was there yesterday to make sure I didn't screw up today and did anyway ) both within 30 minutes of anywhere on post. Depending on what you want there are ranges out to 1000M within 2hrs and one that I've been told goes to 2400+ that's about 3 1/2 hrs away (more of a weekend trip).

After deer season, you can use my range. It's set up for 500yrds with 10 or so steels at varied distances and elevations. If you're really dialed in, you can get up to 850 if you move to the back corner of my property. I only have a couple friends that can actually hit the targets at that distance. It's not fancy and in the Rockingham AO.

Wagram also has membership fees. One-time $100 initiation and $100 annual. Unless you are fortunate enough to recieve an offer like tunanut's, they are all private (membership) ranges.

You might want to check out Trigger Time which is in Moore county. Haven't been there in years but they had a shoot house and a 500m range. You should check out the link and give them a call.
