The latest from Thoroughly Modern Milley
Here is the latest from the retiring Thoroughly Modern Milley:
“We don’t take an oath to a king, or queen, or tyrant, or dictator,” Milley declared. “We don’t take an oath to a wannabe dictator. We don’t take an oath to an individual. We take an oath to the Constitution, and we take an oath to the idea that is America, and we’re willing to die to protect it.”
This guy is a total scumbag; and he probably always was.

So much for the idea that the military is commanded by the civilian commander in chief.
Wonder if Milly Vanilly would have made the same call to his Russian counterpart if the demented occupier of the White House decided to launch nukes due to losing in Ukraine?
Will the next Chairman of the Joint Chiefs also ensure that the military doesn't answer to the commands of the Commander in Chief?

This guy is going to be the absolute darling of the dems and all over CNN. I'm sure he's already got a bunch of deals lined up.

Who was responsible for his appointment to that position in the first place? Why did Trump not can him? I liked Trump but he had a real problem with purging his enemies.

MOO, that was Trumps biggest failure. His failure to purge most of the federal Gvt and his constant hiring of Trojan horses killed his administration.

Yup. That was my first "shaking head" moment. Vows to drain the swamp and then hires Reince "Mr. RNC Swamp" Priebus as his chief of staff.

Not to mention a slew of Generals who made their bones as public celebrities instead of general officers that said "no" when asked abour social experimentation on the force.
That is my single biggest critique of Donald Trump.
Not tht he tweeted like a sophomore in high school - that he didnt fire his way down the chain until people stopped resisting him

Exactly right. Of course he wasn't getting any help from the R-faction of the Uniparty which controlled both House and Senate. They could have at least tried to pass new laws removing the employment protections of the DC bureaucrats.

Never happen - it would jeopardize the countless "no show jobs" that these cocksuckers provide for their family and friends.
Consultants.
Contributors.
Board Members.
Advisors.
These mother fuckers don't provide any services and they don't produce any goods.
...but they collect a fucking paycheck
...they have countless income streams
...they draw benefits
...they double dip
...they triple dip
...they quadruple dip
...they dip and dip and dip and dip and dip and dip and dip and dip and dip and dip
...they judge and virtue signal
This cock bag will be drawing a million dollar a year paycheck by the end of the year and will be all over the talk show circuit blabbering out all three sides of his fucking head...
...and you can bet your ass that "we the people" will be paying a pretty good sized chuck of his funny money.
I'm a realist - it's all make believe at this and the left has pretty much won the culture war because conservatives in government have given up - I'm just in it for the entertainment at this point - what I'm REALLY curious about is who assumes the role of " fattest SF qualified guy on active duty"
...asking for a friend

Really glad you specified “on active duty”; quite a few retirees were sweating it there for a moment!
Also add - they participate in government sponsored insider trading with no fear of prosecution.

Milley went SF simply for the qualification to set him apart from other Infantry types who were all Ranger qualed like himself.
He got a combat diver badge then split.

I agree, unfortunately there has been a lot of that. He is just the WORST example.
