Not a Question but an Answer.

I saw a show on the Military chanel the other night about BUDS. I never thought I would hear this on TV but an instructor stated that physical conditioning in BUDS was not the end but the means to inflict maximum mental and emotional stress to evaluate the candidates. Having taught SFUWO for 5 years I can tell you this is true. Candidates have to be able to think and perform even when pushed to and beyond their limits. This is not to say that conditioning isn't important. A strong body yeilds a strong mind. OTOH you WILL be pushed to your maximum limit.
