CA, Bay Area training partner

Looking for a group or individuals that are motivating and willing to meet as much as their schedules will allow to accomplish ruck runs and marches. If you aren't doing ruck runs yet or are not comfortable with the risk of injury that's fine. Pace will be 12:30-13:30. Varying distance. I suspect the individual or group will weigh their kit appropriately.

PM me if you're interested. The idea is continual prep for the 13-15MARCH SFRE.

Keep up the focus. You have to come in and destroy the tryouts since we're not taking as many guys as in the past. I no longer help out with the tryouts but I've assisted quite a few in the past.

8-12mi (undecided, Program says 8) ruck this Friday (2/28/2014). PM me for location details and time.

Hoping for a good group here, stragglers will not be left behind. The group finishes as a team. That being said, expect to be pushed (myself included).

35lbs. pack, or a combined weight of 35 lbs w/ plate carrier and pack. This does not include water.

This event takes place rain or shine. Rain is in the forecast.

Any questions PM me. I check my inbox daily.

ALL ARE WELCOME.

Thank you.

Not a lot of action on this for Friday. 4-5 people.

What about Saturday morning everyone?

Alright gents, it is final.

Tomorrow's (2/28/2014) ruck will be held at 1500 hours (3pm). The route is easy to remember in case you need to leave early but we will be planning on a 3 hour completion time.

Those that need to leave early can about face, you will not get lost. I promise. Bring chem lights and/or headlamp.

PM me for location.

Are you still doing ruck marches as a group? I had reached out to Rob @ Military Athlete and tried finding some PT buddies in the SF Bay Area, so far all I've been able to find is one candidate whose schedule does not seem to work with mine at all.
