The old 12th Group motto was "Willing to Pay the Price". It was on our group coins anyway.
In moving off the DZ, my team sgt. would say, "We'll run till we puke, then we'll RON".

a very wise SF guy once told an eager grasshopper..."Don't ask me how I know...I know"
Then I read Masters of Chaos and found out he wasn't BS'ing.

I knew I would be talking before I had cause, but I've heard it comes from Q school. Meaning it's either going to be IVW or that long tab; "never quit", so to speak.
I'm an 18xray whose done a lot of reading about what's in front of me, don't Know though. Shipping 20080707.

Well I can tell you that the cast does not stop you from getting across the stage. Broke my leg on infill in Robin Sage and walked the whole time until exfil. Had a cast on at graduation but I never quit. Thank God for good Medics and cold creek water.
Good luck.... Read more Post less until you get some more experience..... That is the best recommendation for a 18X You will have time to comment when you are better seasoned. Now is the time to study.... Check your spelling and grammar also.

How about,

I didn't notice anyone mentioning the old poster.
"IT SAYS MORE ABOUT YOU THAN YOU'D EVER SAY ABOUT YOURSELF."
That one got my heart pumping.

Reason: Spelling. How embarassing!

That poster is on the wall behind my desk at school, along with the one from the same time period that says, "Join a minority group" with a picture of an SF troop in scuba gear.

many years ago, as I recall, the motto of the white flash (IMA) was....."We won't fight and you can't make us.....but we'll show you how!"
but then there was also the ever loved...."Barrell-chested freedom fighters!"
