Diversity & Inclusion Czar Et tu SOCOM?
United States Special Operations Command (SOCOM) has hired as its first “chief of diversity and inclusion” a person who posted anti-Trump memes on his Facebook page, including one that compared the former president to Adolf Hitler.
SOCOM posted about Richard Torres-Estrada’s hire on Thursday:

After his hire was announced, some of Torres-Estrada’s apparent social media posts began circulating.
A Facebook account appearing to belong to Torres-Estrada posted on June 2, 2020: “Here I leave this and slowly retire (to continue working from home)…” along with a meme of then-President Donald Trump, holding up a bible in front of St. John’s Episcopal Church after Black Lives Matter protesters set fire to it, next to a photo of Hitler.

we are directly following the Soviets. We now have "Diversity and Inclusion Officers" (Political Commissars) within the ranks. Just don't go thinking that your "diversity" extends to freedom of speech as you will be cancelled.
It is going to be funny to see how they achieve it now that they removed pictures from the ORB. The anointment's in promotions will have to be much more blatant and divisive to achieve diversity.
Will they divide up the promotions categories like the ACFT?

The sad part about all this is the what this czar crap really means is they already believe SOF excludes minorities.....even with this movement however alot of the most mysogonistic unprofessional pussy hounds are the CSMs, SGM and MSGs running the asylum.....the good ole boys throwing lines to others like themselves are destroying SF from within....alot of these guys in 10th anyway are anything but woke
By appointing this CZAR this could be either appeasement or a wholehearted effort......by appointing this POS it is clear either the command is lazy or it believes we are all truly racist and mysogonistic aholes......looking at all the last 5 years of golden boy shitbags climbing the ranks the last 5 yrs both E and O it seems to be true and yet a self fullfilling prophecy.
In short the command is saying everyone is racist and mysoginistic oh AND anti Trans or LGBTQ....AND they want promoted....fuck the units under its command.....GEN Votel got aCOCOM for throwing SOCOM under the bus with no resistance and MG Miller got JSOC? for his part...the continuation of Obama in his 3rd administration will more than likely reward the commanders again.....at least the Chinese will be happy watching the most powerful military in the world dismantled
