Paramedic Refresher

I did a search and didn't find what I was looking for. I know the 18D program is having issues with NREMT, but for those of you that carry a NREMT-P certification does the army offer any kind of refresher for paramedics or do you guys just go to a civilian educator?

The course SOF medics (SF, NSW, Ranger, 160th, SARC) attend every 2 years (SOCMSS-C) to update our SOF MED credentials includes the requisite hours and subject matter for recertification of NREMT/NREMT-P credentials for those who have a current card.

Regular Army medics (68W, etc) are on their own for refreshing their civilian paramedic certifications.
