Advice for Airborne, Student Company, and Post-SOPC?
I am an 18X, 20 years old, recent graduate from OSUT. I am the youngest 18X that I have come across through my 6 months in the military. I am starting airborne school on 06JAN2017 and after that I head to Ft. Bragg for student company before SOPC.
Is there any advice that I could get from some guys who have gone through the process that I am going through? I am trying to get some get advice on workouts, diets and everything in between that I could do while at Airborne School, Student Company, and the short time between SOPC and SFAS.
Thank you in Advance if any of you can take the time out of your day to help me.
John

What information
What information did you pick up from the "What are you doing...." thread that's just 5 threads below this one?
It's 25 pages long. Must be something in there you can use.
How hard have you worn out the search feature here?

Yeah... We had to just open our eyes and keep our mouths shut and knuckle down and go through the course. I ran as hard as I could, pushed up GA an NC and then some and rucked untill my body wanted to fall apart and got up and did it again the next day. Guess we did it the wrong way. We should have walked up to the TAC and ask for the magical play book. Good luck

I wouldn't worry about diets and workouts. You got this far already but once you hit jump school they will do the figuring for you. They will run you into the ground and make you do more pull ups and push ups than you ever dreamed you could do.
As for the diet, you will eat everything they give you and then some, and you will still lose weight. I don't think they will give you a special diet of your choosing.
I think I ate all I wanted and still lost 30 pounds. Just getting finely tuned.

I'll throw out a couple thoughts
1) if more than one person is in front of you,, you're not trying hard enough.
2) if nobody is behind you, double down on #1..
Capish??
PS: Practice your PLF's & cut-a-way techniques,, every night before going to bed..
