Congress doesn't mete out justice - 'con'gress is the opposite of 'pro'gress and all they REALLY do is conduct political theater for their base.
Lets all be honest with ourselves - if we are talking about things like "results" and "justice" then Trey Gowdy was nothing more than the Adam Schiff of the House Select Committee on Benghazi...

Congress doesn't mete out justice, it isn't their job and it's WAAAY outside of their collective skill set...
...the DOJ metes out just-us and they have no intention of punishing themselves
People wonder if this could be satire?
Of course it's satire - our entire government is a satire - it has been for generations.
