Affirmative Sir ! Löwenbräu is a pain in the a, butt. Grünerbrauerei went out of business (bought by Belgians I believe). I suggest we stick with the Klosterbräu or Augustiner from Munich.

This site is great! First day on this site and I run into an old friend from Tolz! And from the same ODA to boot!! I dug deep and got out my old ODA 5 patch for an avatar.

A short Intro

First off Hello to everyone and a thanks for everything that you guys have done, do, and will do in defense of freedom.
I stumbled across this website looking for some gear comparisons and after trolling around I decided to join. I am currently finishing up my last semester of school and will recieve my commision into the National Guard as a Infantry LT. I leave for Ft. Benning sometime in January. I have an interest in going Special Forces if the option arises(and Ill work to see that it does Anyways just a quick hello and hopefully Ill get to talk to some of you more in the near future. Thanks

Intro

Thank You for allowing me access to this site. I am retired from active duty as stated in my profile. I have trained and worked with many Soldiers, Marines, and Sailors from the British commonwealth and U.S. forces, but that was many years ago. I used those skill in three tours of Vietnam. A number of contractors I work with, once in awhile, are former SF or from other countries equvilant. Thanks again.

Where, and when in VN? You mentioned 9th Div, I flew gunship cover DongTam/MyTho in 66, when the base was being readied, and dredged out.
