Seem to me the seizure in this case was seizure of the person, Torres. Said nothing about property! Seizure of her firearms.

They are going to make the upper receiver the firearm portion or both the lower and upper the firearm by changing the CFR.
I want to know if they make both the upper and lower a "firearm" whether or not everyone has too have their uppers serialized or engraved?
Everytown for Gun Safety seemed happy with the proposed changes. Which isn't good for gun enthusiast.
