Thanks for all the information that is on this website, it's been a valuable tool so far.

Officers are only gentlemen by an act of Congress and judging by the conduct of many in Congress it is really not an accolade that has much significance.

An Honor
My later Father, Major Patrick F. Heles was an early member of the 10th SFG. I spent 2 years as a child in Bad Tolz and was fortunate enough to reurn several years ago.
If any of Dad's friends are here please let me know who you are and how you know him.
It is an Honor to be allowed to be a registered individual and on behalf of my family I want to thank all of you for the giving all of you have done and will do in service!
Thank you!

New to site
Hello Folks. I've heard about this site for a while so I thought I check it out and introduce myself. I own a Military aircraft parts company in Tucson and also hold an FFL/SOT. I am not former military. I have worked as a Military contractor since the 70s starting out blowing up scrap on the Enewetak Atoll Cleanup Project. I have both a strong personal and professional interest in what's going on in the Military today.

Hello Everyone
Hello everyone,
I'm Brent, I'm currently 11B going through the 33W course at Fort Huachuca, AZ after a pretty serious knee injury 2 days away from graduating SOPC. SOPC was by far the coolest thing I've ever done, I never imagined that THAT much stress can be invoked on a persons mind or body. It really helped me build alot of confidence in myself, and realize that my capabilities aren't as limited as I've always thought.
I've been here 6 mos and realized that MI is definately not for me. After finishing here I'll be headed to 19th group in Watkins, CO to be support until my next chance for selection rolls around. I enlisted Jan 05, so I'm still a baby I guess you can say. Thus far I've really enjoyed the military lifestyle and all of the challenges to overcome. I think that just about takes care most everything. If I missed something, feel free to ask.

Hello all,
I found Professional Soldiers.com while searching for some former team mates from the 11th Grp. I'm currently looking into the 20th Grp after twelve years out of service. There is a lot of great information here.

Gentleman, I left Active Duty in the US Navy in 2003 to pursue my education. While on active duty I was an arabic linguist. I was fortunate enough to attend the DLI to learn arabic. I recently graduated from College with my B.S. in business administration and a minor in economics. Before I graduated, I decided I wanted to do something different and important, so I enlisted in the Army under the 18x Program. I post under this same username at airborneranger.com. I am very interested in any and all advice you can offer me on how to be successful in my aspirations of becoming a Special Forces Soldier, as well as the best all around Soldier I can be. I ship out to OSUT in September.

Chittnp-
Read the stickies, read the entire Pipeline forum, get Warrior-Mentor's book, and remember that you have to train your mind as well as your body. Good luck, you are cutting it close on time. I would have given anything for this site, or the same info before I went to the Q.
