Hello everyone. I just want to thank the guys that run and support sites like this. I enjoy hearing from the ones I respect and know and those that contribute to us that want to learn. I am an old dog who always wants to learn new tricks. Thanks for having me.

Sorry Jack but no Hablo! At one time I could speak and read Spanish according to books and the parents and grand pareants could converse in polish and I would cope a little but they have long past and I don't keep up. I guess and hope it is a welcome in German? If not thanks or up yours.

Pouge in the wire!
여보세요, 나의 이름은 J.Bob 이다.

I also used to frequent as well as moderate a certain political site before it changed it's name to ABP.
Hopefully my minimal input around here can be helpful to someone in someway.
I know a few of the Quiet Professionals around here have been of help to me.

TonyY.
The German Phrase you are wondering about was not directed specifically at you. It's Jack's signature line and will be at the bottom of every post he makes unless he changes it to something else.
It translates to;
"If one of us are to fall, the other one stands for two. "
Tenga buen y goce del sitio.
Which means; have a good one and enjoy the site.

TonyY,
I'll assume that "up yours" is kind of a New Jersey term of endearment?
Not trying to start anything, just asking.
Welcome aboard.

Look first before you snarl. You may be growling at the hand who mearly wants to scratch your ears.
We aren't the sneaky type. We attack straight forward if that is the intention. You may want to be less defensive and sit back and observe a while.

Don't be shy Tony, just speak your mind.
Rest assured if I had anything to say derogatory to anyone it would be in a language they would understand, I wouldn't say it over the internet but face to face, and there would be no question in their mind as to the meaning or intent.

Intro
Hello,
I enlisted back in October, and I'm finally making my way around to the places of knowledge. I don't ship until May 11th next year, but I'll still be busting my butt until then and then some! It looks like I'll find a great deal of info here. Thanks ahead of time!
Some info on me:
I'm 24 years old. I'm well on my way to a black belt in both Isshinryu Karate (USIKA) & Jujitsu. I've been working on a degree in Mathematics, but I've decided to put that dream (yeah right) on hold. I have not registered for classes for Spring 06' so that I can put a great deal of effort into preparing for the 18X option.
Thanks for volunteering your time and experience,
PFC Clark
