Toe Shoes

Adding to the toe shoes topic, I recently bought a pair a few months earlier, and replaced my everyday shoes for them. I have ran in them, but attempt to refrain as it will be unwise due to what will be worn during SFAS. As far as PT leg strength is up, feet more durable, and running form has improved. I can't agree with modern running shoes being negative on your body as there are many types for all people, each with their own unique stride, and manner. These are just another type of utility to come out as an alternative to the latter, another avenue of approach. I happen to enjoy the benefits they have given me, the same as others who have not found them beneficial. In regards to the kilt, , looks like pros to cons. Charlie mic.

I was thinking just today, that the invention of the "shoe" and "dentistry", were probably the two big leaps forward in extending human life.

Elevating our bodies, just a bit above the muck, shit, and crud of life, to protect broken flesh from infection, and the fine art of pulling a bad tooth for obvious reasons.
