16" DPMS Sportical
Magpul CTR Stock
Front and Rear Flip Up BUIS
EoTech 511
Quad Rail System
Foregrip
Midwest Industries Swivel Sling Adapter (on the other side)
T.H.E. Mamba 3-Point Sling
H&K Full-Size USP .40S&W
The upper on my AR is not your usual upper in that it is obviously missing the forward assist, dust cover, and brass deflector. Im fine with that and it shoots wonderfully.

Browning
P1010890_edited-1.jpgJMBs first commercial design. First made by Winchester the 1885.
This is a Browning 1885 made in Japan in the 1990s in .223 with a Leupold 8x.
3 shots in under 0.7 inches and pretty to boot

TS was right---AGAIN!!!
New acquisitions. Sig P250 45F. HK45.
Got and shot the HK45 today. Very comfortable, even for large hands with the small backstrap. This is the most accurate gun I have every been able to shoot fast. May put the LEM on it like the others I have. Thanks TS!
Big brother alert? Look at the small picture. This is next to the hammer spring under the backstrap on the HK45. What is it? It looks to be some kind of sensor, it has tiny copper wires. There is a slight bulge on the other side in the magazine well.
Any ideas?
O.k. I just read the manual. I'vr got an RFID chip in my gun. How german. Round count and etc. recorded. How very gay.
Anyone know what brand scanner I need for it?

Any possibility of that thing recording the time/date of the rounds fired?

I sent this picture to someone with experience in RFIDs. He says (IHHO) it doesn't record data from the gun (except perhaps rounds fired). The armorer with the aprropriate scanner can enter data into it recording who's gun it is, maintenance schedule, etc.
H&K does have a patent for electronically disabling a gun except for certain users.

It's for record keeping. These started with the DHS/ICE contract and are required by .gov to be in the guns.

I just picked up a Ruger P95 for my g/f at a gunshow in Texas a couple of weeks ago. The only pistol that would fit her small hands...
BTW, since you Gentlemen are pretty experienced in sourcing parts, I'm looking for a Knights Armament (KAC) forearm for a H&K SL8/G36. I was trying to find one on the web (google), but no luck. I think the P/N is 99326.
Thanks for any lead you might have !
Stay safe.
