Welcome, now turn your caploc off.
If you search this site for Afghanistan you will find a wealth of information that has been imparted to the readers of the board.

I'm aware of the eiquette but this doesn't really bother me. Way back just after the tin can and string age I worked with RATT and LLTT and our keyboards didn't have a "shift Ley". Everything was in CAPS. So there!!!!!
Welcome y'all and Merry Christmas!!

I would be considered "one of the younger guys," but I know I speak for everyone of my generation in the Q-Course when I say that SOG history is definitely NOT a "minute detail."
Welcome to the site.

For a public Welcome!!!
Glad you finally found us. Welcome aboard.
Next year will be SOAR XXX, and I'm praying that Howard, Waugh, Plaster, Walker, Wolcoff..... all will make it. There are plans in the works to get all of "The Old Gang" together again!!!
Take care
Martin

What a struggle!!
Great to see a lot of the " Old SOG Gang " on this site. Greatly enjoyed the picture from a recent SOAR at the end of a thread posted by the Martinez girl featuring " Nick Brokhausen, Lem McGlothren, Rick Hendrick, Bob Castillo, " Sleepy " Hill, ( all of CCN Recon ) and of course " The Legendary Jay Graves " formerly of Delta Project, on an RT in the " earlier days, " ( really would any of us admit to knowing him!!! )
Notice quite a few posts by Toby, [ Joe Walker's old (1-1), on RT California at Kontum. It was good to see Joe in Vegas at the last SOAR. I had only seen him twice in the last 34 years since the " Old Days " at Kontum. Once was at The SFA's 50th Reunion at Bragg and the other was last year at SOAR.

I have spent more than one night with Martin that I not only struggled to remember his last name but possibly also his first.
Welcome aboard Sir.

Admin edit - Try again young Captain. If you don't know the reason for the edit, PM somebody with more patience than I. Might I suggest the Team Sergeant or The Reaper. NDD

Admin edit: Sluggo, you're wearing on my nerves. Was that G2 something you want on the internet considering your young ass WILL be in The Box and very likely before any change of command? NDD Good luck with korean and your endeavor to join the spec ops community.
