18x From TX

Hello All,
My name is Dylan and I've got a few semesters of university behind me but I've been snooping around and putting the search button through its paces for a few months and as of today I'm an 18x shipping 20070809. Thanks for all the awesome info, tips and encouragement you've all made available but now it's back to PT here.

HSO aka Mike Crenshaw

Gentlemen,

I've been reading here for a several months and was remiss in introducing myself.

I'm one of the moderators at TheHighRoad and was made aware of your site there. I concentrate on the Non-Firearms Weapons subforum.

I have never served in any branch of the U.S. military, but I have been a student of military history and of nontraditional units for nearly 40 years. I have been honored to have several friends and acquaintances who have served in these types of units from the old OSS to Navy UDT and SEALs , Marine Force Recon, Army Special Forces, and Air Force Pararescue.

Thank you for this site and your service.

Hello... I am from Dallas, TX and recently graduated the Q-Course. I have used the Professional Soldiers forum as a research tool for preparing for the pipeline. I joined the Army in October 2005 with an 18X contract. I am excited about finally getting to Group and am ready to start drinking from the fire hose because I realize that the real training is about to begin. Professional Soldiers, thanks for all the great info and advice.

Hi everyone. I am Mark from Kentucky. I have the deepest respect for the job you and others in our armed forces do. I have come here to read and learn. I will seldom if ever post. I am thankful to be your guest.

I have several family members in the Army all but one have been to Iraq recently. The one who remains deployed there mentioned that he would get the opportunity go to a Q course after his return to the States.

I have enjoyed reading the posts of others and have learned a great deal.

Thanks.

Hi everyone,
My name is Andrew, I am 22, and I am entering my senior year of college at Saint Cloud State University in Saint Cloud, MN. I will graduate in the Spring of 2008 with a BA in International Relations. I was an amatuer boxer, but now I have focused solely on PT, as I am hoping to sign an 18X or REP63 contract soon. Thank you for this site and all your wonderful advice, it is invaluable.

I don't even want to know where that name came from . . .

Just PM one of the admins, (name is in green), and they can take care of you.

Welcome

NG Infantry Officer currently deployed as an ANP Mentor in Afghanistan. I did one tour in Iraq from 2004-2005. Interested in looking at C/1/20 in MAARNG sometime after I get home.
