Sunday night we had fresh Dolphin fillets, grilled with a little Cajun powder.

Last night we took the leftovers and made Dolphin taco's.

PS: We just found a new sour cream in the dairy section,, with halo-peno's. It was great on the tacos,, I can't wait to try it on baked taters..

Sorry no pictures,, we are so rural and artistically culinary deficient..

But I have a pic of some bacon wrapped peno's??

I'll finish the bar... after I make it... laminated and bolted Western Red Cedar 4x4's with 9 coats of bar-top, hand chamfered side and front rails in a nice black maple... hard edges and a soft top... the lower box facing in red oak and splines of black maple - I think a ten coat of low lustre tung oil would be nice.

Think if there were stands with cut outs on the end wraps that held Norton 2 sided 12x3 sharpening stones it would be a bit much?

WD - a twisted iron rail would look stellar with the design I have in mind...
