OK, 15 mins ago I started a reply, a friend/coworker came over and took him back to the beginning of this thread. Even impressed that kid as well as this olderish guy.

Thank you for your service Terry. Great experience, and thank you for what you did while there with that Piece'O Scheisse. I would have loved to had the chance to mess with him, but I also know if it were my wife at the time, I'd been a bit more tactful as you were......... GOOD work!!

Wanted to add......... Congratulations to your wife for her acheivements/awards. A high honor.

Nancy was a little taken aback when I started in on him. I hadn't warned her in advance, because I didn't know what I was going to say...Probably better that way, no script, what came out came from the heart.

Agreed, if it had been me and I had gone to the trouble of thinking of something to say. I know I would have chucked it at the moment and just said what came naturally.
Oh, I did mean to add one more thing to my post last night. I'm bettin' that had it been GW, he would have come out to you personnaly before you left and thanked you for your service. Not send someone else. Of course taking into account, your first conversation would have been a total 180 than with billy the zipper

Completely agree with your thought process, I am hoping Nancy wins some major award on GW's watch. Wishful thinking...

Naw, I'm pretty sure Nancy will do something else fantastic that will merit an award of some kind.

Ffrom just the little I'm aware of, I agree with Razor. After all, GW will be in the White House for another four years.

Roger.

BTW - saw Lou Freeh on 60 minutes slamming on the Clinton White House...saying he stayed on to ensure Clinton didn't get to appoint his replacement...how Clinton promised to find the people responsible for the Barracks Bombing in Saudi, then did nothing to help the investigation. When the Saudis told Freeh they needed the President to ask for it. Clinton didn't/wouldn't. So Freeh asked George Bush Senior to help. When George Sr asked, the Saudis produced.

Here's more...

Louis Freeh Speaks for the First Time About his Terrible Relationship with the President

Former FBI Director Louis Freeh says publicly for the first time that his relationship with President Bill Clinton – the man who appointed him – was a terrible one because Clinton’s scandals made him a constant target of FBI investigations. Freeh discloses this and many other details of his dealings with the Clinton White House in a new bombshell book: 'My FBI : Bringing Down the Mafia, Investigating Bill Clinton, and Fighting the War on Terror' -- set for release next week.

Freeh has taped an interview with Mike Wallace and CBSNEWS '60 MINUTES' to be broadcast Sunday, the DRUDGE REPORT has learned.
