Cal. .45 ACP

Have 3, A Les Baer custom SRP picked up on 08-21-2007. A Smith & Wesson model 4516-1 SS purchased in 1996. Also have a Colt Gold Cup National Match I purchased in July, 1969 Paid $175.00 new. Ammo used Speer LE Gold Dot 230 gr. GDHP. Federal Tactical Hydra-Shok 230 gr. JHP. Remington 230 gr. FMJ. The Colt shots the best groups at 25 yds. 1.5 -2.0 inches. Carry the Les Baer in a Mitch Rosen custom leather holster with 2 additional magazines. Regard's, tom kelly

It's recieved mostly great reviews.

They also make the M&P with a thumb safety if your not interested in DAO type trig without a safety. Personally I can keep my finger off the trigger until at which time it's necessary or safe to point and fire.

Although I must admit that I have five 1911's

1. Wilson Combat CQB with Dawson rail.

2. Night Hawk Custom VT

3. Kimber Tactical Pro II (Terrible gun)

4. SA TRP Operator. (Best value for the money on the market in the 1911 genre, out of the box at least)

5. Colts MkIV/Series 70 Gov model.

So......

The Glock is your Duty Weapon, but you have not fired it except to kill a rattlesnake

Please tell me I'm mis-reading this.

Good times,

Kimber Warrior with Surefire X200B
or
Kimber Pro Carry II
or
Glock 30 (if I'm sweating my ass off... aka in my current job wear I am wet 70% of the time).

230 gr Winchester SXT's, 200 gr Corbon, 165 gr Hydro Shok, or FMJ... Depending on how I'm feeling.
