I NEEDED to read this post today - thank you all!!! So many of these things I have shared with my sons. I would like to add this:

Appreciate the wonder and beauty of the simple things in life: a beautiful sunset- the first snowfall of the winter - the sound of nothing but "nature" first thing in the morning ...

We have beauty all around us, but most people need to learn to recognize it!
