Along with turkey, etc., we always have peanut brittle:
1/2 pint whipping cream, whipped with vanilla and sugar
1 box crushed peanut brittle
1/2 bag mini marshmallows
Best the next day since the brittle carmelizes.
Double that and have some with leftovers.
