After driving from Phoenix to Sacramento last weekend I can say without a doubt, the worst drivers I encountered were between Stockton and Sacramento. I-10 and I-5 were smooth sailing with the exception of my incident where I had to take 35th and 59th Ave's when my tires almost fell off.

That said, golf cart collisions are common near our local Del Webb development.
