I'm a day late and a dollar short coming to this conversation, but I went on a wood cleaning/conditioning frenzy yesterday before the superbowl. Clocks, wooden picture frames, tables, chairs, wooden bowls, cutting boards... you name it.

During my travels I picked up nice looking irregular shaped cutting board from Australia that my wife loves and leaves on the kitchen counter. It relegated another larger square cutting board to the closet.

I don't know if this is the manufacturer's site but it has good pics of their products.

This place in VT also seems to have nice cutting boards. I don't have one but we have a beautiful set of wooden bowls made by these guys that we received as a wedding gift over 20 years ago. Very nice.

Catskill just impressed the heck out of me with their customer service.

The cart that I use as a prep table has been a bit wobbly for a while and I've been thinking of replacing it. When I ordered the cutting board, I went ahead and ordered a new cart as well http://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B008HZS5ZW/ BTW, that cart is heavy... 168 Pounds of solid wood, no panels

Like a dumbass, I tried to move the cart into place by pulling on the handle to roll it across a thick carpet... The two wood pieces that attach the handle to the side of the cart broke. So I called customer service. A real person picked up the phone on the second ring, listened to what happened and immediately took my name and address and are shipping me two new pieces overnight. No hassle, no charge even though I was very clear that it was my own fault and was willing to pay for the replacements. The whole call was less than 5 minutes.

I buy and recommend things based on quality and customer service. Catskill will definitely be on my list of companies to recommend.
