Generally speaking, messing with cops is a good way to get a good ass kickin', all the while listening to a chorus of "stop resisting".

I'm curious as to how he avoided the bloodhounds this long.

Generally speaking, we treat those types 100% by the book so as not to tarnish the prosecution
We would hate to upset a perfectly good execution with a half ass beat down.

If I were still on the job, and I found him, I would have found him with a bullet in his head, and a size 12 jungle boot jammed up his ass sideways somehow.

Everyone would wonder how that got there... sideways... and I could just walk away, with only one boot on, smiling, saying "I don't know how the hell that got there."
