I wish I could broadcast a usual criminal docket, and make everybody watch it. I would guess that we spend close to 1/2 of our government dollars supporting 10-15% of the population. The same folks that are career criminals are also the folks who file for disability, won't work to take care of their kids, show up to the emergency room for taxpayer-funded medical care, get three hots and a cot in prison, etc.

Chaos.
When people are protected from the consequences of foolish economic decisions, they fail to learn the lessons.
When they are actively rewarded for foolish economic decisions, a class of "pet humans" develops.
Pets require care and make messes.
Many politicians love their pets (the pets that do vote, reliably vote for them).
Those same politicians would rather leave the feeding and mess-cleaning to others.

lol A by-product of socialism.

Only in America, where 13% (my number but I'll accept 14%) of American's are black but 36%-39% of the prison population is black and it's somebody else's fault.

lol Careful.
In America, irrefutable stats regarding blacks are racist.

what ever happened to the adage:

Entitlement is in, community is out. So it goes. (Yes Richard, I am also quoting Billy Pilgrim from Vonnegut...)
