Apparently, he has already admitted setting up to ambush those who came to help their friends, and finishing off some of the unarmed victims.

Not sure that there is a limit on number of rifle rounds in the mag for that state. Normally, that is a wildfowl hunting restriction for shotguns.

I don't think that even if they fired in his general direction and called him every name in the book, that he is going to skate on killing five unarmed people with an SKS.

Thank you Sir.

Well I tried to be objective here, but I believe this man flipped out and smoked 5 hunters for no good reason. Damn shame too.

The Verdict is In

The jury in the case of Wisconsin vs. Chai S. Vang has found him guilty on all eight counts in the indictment. Guilty of six counts of 1st. Degree Intentional Homicide with a dangerous weapon and guilty of two counts of Attempted 1st. Degree Intentional Homicide with a dangerous weapon. The jury deliberated for about five hours and zero emotion was shown from Vang during the reading of the verdicts. Wisconsin does not have capital punishment so he is facing a maximum of six consecutive life terms in prison plus 225 years. So with the average life expectancy of a male being o say 80 years, that comes to 705 years in prison. I do not think there is any chance of parole.

The "I was racially insulted, and afraid for my life" defense is hard to work when there was only one rifle on the other side, you shot eight (some at extended range, at least one in the back), and killed six.

I would hope no parole, after that.
