There are plenty of over the counter anodizing options. Depending on where you purchase the lower you can get them anodized leaving only the trigger group area left to anodize after milling.

I have a couple thousand rounds through one of mine without anodizing the trigger group area after milling and have had no issues thus far.

Seriously, it's time for a change (and not that hopey/changey thing we heard about). I truly wonder if the politicians realize the parallels between our current government and that of the Roman Empire?

Leader that thinks they own the world - check!
Elected body that is supposed to represent the people, but is totally ineffective - check!
Overly subsidized population - check!
Population that is controlled through limited/censored education - check!
Insurmountable national debt - check!
Restrictions on the populace's ability to resist regulation - partial check

All we need now is the modern version of the legions crossing the Rubicon (suspension of posse comitatus OR the creation of a local militia controlled by the government) and we'll be there. oh, wait - check!
