No worries! After seeing an article with photos and allegations related to the food industry in China I had flashbacks to my old high school reading list.
I'm saving the Merchant of Venice reference for a little bit deeper into this financial crisis.
Yeah....an article with some disturbing photos about China's food industry a few years back caused a decent shift in our family's attitude towards food, that and trying to prevent our young kids from going down the path towards obesity with a healthy family diet.

You can in fact grow Honey,,,and it is, in its natual grown state, far superior to anything you can buy at the supermarket....sir.

We have a local honey producer that sell natural unprocessed honey to local stores and I buy it when I can. It is much better than the typical honey.

This is going to sound crazy but when I was small my dad had a bee hive. I've always wanted to start one even though I'm allergic to bee stings.

The UPS man who delivers in our neighborhood is allergic to bees. The day our bees arrived, he got someone else to do his route. He wasn't taking any chances.
