Graze...

Well, right state but wrong school...actually, the olde joke here in Texas goes someting like this:

Q: Why did Texas A&M have to install artifical turf in their football stadium?

A: It was the only way to keep their cheerleaders from grazing on the field at half-time.

And so it goes...

Man that sounds good. I'd love to have some of those recipes. I could make some good gumbo or jambalaya with wild sausage.

You gotta kill the pig, first.

Dusty,

Let him do it his way - I'd pay to watch that one.

My wife and I just ate the tenderloins from one of these last night. I made a Korean style Marinade then grilled it on the BBQ;

16oz Pork Loin
1/2 C Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Chili oil
4 Garlic cloves minced
1 Tbsp Shredded fresh Ginger root
1 tsp Lemon zest
1 Tbsp lemon Juice

Marinate Pork Loin in marinade for at least 2 hours. Grill meat like you would a steak.

Which ones...the two playing opossum or the two with the big grins?

Sorry, Mark - that lead-in was just too much of a temptation.

If legal then perhaps as was suggested previously a nice recurve crossbow might be in order?

Excalibur of Canada makes some excellent ones, durable/accurate. Many others out there too, though most other are more complex/compound

Definately a bow or crossbow situation. These can be shot at night and the locals will never know it till the grill heats up..

Did you ever hear a pig squeal for 10-15 minutes at 2AM?? An arrow/dart produces massive hemorrhaging, it's very effective,, it's not quick..

I would go for the stun-gun, then slit her throat into a bucket,, after you put her in the back of the pick-up, less mess.

You are going to take the carcase out to a rural area to field dress the pig?? A 200 lb pig probably has 80-100 lbs of blood, viscera, head, & hide,, not something you want to leave in a pile in the back yard..

Head shot and a couple hefty bags.
