Heeeee's Baaaaack

Ex-soldier Jack Idema fights for building in court case

http://fayobserver.com/articles/2010...8162?sac=Local

".......In her affidavit, Alesi says she thought she had married Idema in Mexico in August 2008, but now believes that the marriage was not valid under Mexican law. She says that Idema used Isabeau Dakota as a shell company to hide assets from his creditors, and that he told her that the building was a gift to her.

Alesi left Idema over the summer, according to her affidavit. She alleges he had abused her and kept her a prisoner until she was able to escape.

Idema's documents say Alesi's connection with Isabeau Dakota ended with their breakup and that she had no authority to sell the property in October. She sold the building to hurt Idema, a court order says.

Idema's affidavit says Alesi told him in late October that Hagler had threatened to hurt her if she did not sign over the building..........."

Reading the story and trying to keep up with who was who and what was what made my head hurt.

Funny you should mention that. Latest intel rumor is that Idema is HIV positive.

Forgot he was wearing sunglasses on his I.D.

Waaaay too funny.

Considering his sack of Shiite status, maybe he should have a paper sack over his head.

He was in the Q course a class ahead of me IIRC. He was someone we all avoided. That was quite an era: we had (at the same time) Idema, Steve Hatfill (formerly the original main suspect in the 2001 anthrax attacks), and Marshall Brown (the Delta Force cat burglar serial rapist) all in the same barracks.

Interesting times those.
