My homebrew supply shop is now carrying an assortment of beans as well as several brands of roasters. Like making beer I also like to make my own hotsauce and it only seems natural that I would fall into the coffee next.

Sounds like you are making most of the stuff you use, next thing we know, you'll be talking about making breakfast cereals and homemade Ketchup as well.
I do like to make what we use when I can, it makes me feel better about what we are putting into our bodies and generally it something that whole family can do together. I also make my own sodas (rootbeer and ginger ale) every know and then.
