Personally, I think we should change it back to The War Department and I think NDD would be a great "Director of War". Screw this "secretary" crap the head of the war department needs a kick ass title! Maybe something like... Teutates ?
I think TR would be great on Foreign affairs... I'm sure TR can handle all the tough negotiations especially with the carrot and the stick model or the iron fist wrapped in a velvet glove. Both personal favorites I learned from TR's posts... and of course you have NDD as the God of War in the event people don't want to listen to TR. 
Can I have dibs on "Director of hot foreign female model screening, survey, testing, and placement"? It sure would be a great rebound from my recent divorce.... lol
