I believe that SF is a 'calling' - not too different from the calling missionaries I know received. I knew instantly that it was for me, and that I would do all I could to achieve it. Filed my complaint this morning. I received an automated response stating they have a "large volume of emails" and recommended I call their help line if I wanted a response. It went on to state that if calling was not convenient I should reply to the email if I wanted my concern addressed. It did sound as if "inquiries" would not be addressed withotu a follow up email.
Needless to say, I emailed back to say to let them no there was no rush in addressing my complaint as I'm taking my business elsewhere.
I figure if they're busy reading/addressing my concern before someone else's (I did respond to their email after all), it might further hurt their profit margin.

After about a 5-10 minute wait, I was able to register a verbal complaint. The official line from a customer representative is that Best Buy celebrates diversity.

Complaint filed. Best Buy is a local business in my AO, and was a frequent depot for my families electronic needs. Needless to say, they will not get any of this year's CHRISTMAS fund. Yes, in my family we still celebrate the birth of Christ and not the holiday season. We are out of touch. I guess this ad should not surprise me. Best Buy's corporate office is located in the heart of USA's little Somalia .

Edited to add. I just called Best Buy consumer relations. I was told that they try to include all ethnic minorities in thier ad. When I asked why were the Latins/French/poles and miccusukee not added. He had no reply.
I bitched to the national number 877-211-9810, and the Tampa store manager who had the grace to apologize.

That 'celebrate diversity" line was the same thing I heard. I bet they are getting a lot of complaints. I hope they are anyway.

I think it's a smart move by Best Buy. Once islamic sharia law takes hold in the United States of America, Best Buy will be positioned very well.
Another corporation on its knees to islam, obama & CAIR must be proud.
