I got the book and just finished a quick look...

It's great! It has recipes that cover the bases, and a lot that look very, very good. The herb and spice guide is excellent.

It's the only place I've ever seen a recipe for elephant stew. I won't divulge the details - for those, you'll have to buy your own copy!

Highly recommended! It's well worth the price.

So does this book actually cover such delicacies as possum on the half shell (some refer to them as armadillos)? Swamp cabbage? 'gator tail, or mullet stew? I gotta know, look at the name, and who's selling it........ Where can it be purchased??
