Penn State had a good day. Hopefully a sign of things to come this year.
JMI, looking forward to playing you all next week. Should be a good one.

WVU rolled on as usual, and the game in Blacksburg was good, once VT put their mind to the task. Notre Dame's loss warmed my heart.
We'll see if South Florida can walk their talk come Sept 28!

The University of South Florida Bulls.
We won our first bowl game last year, led by Big East Freshman of the Year, Matt Grothe. Furthermore, we picked up freshman RB Mike Ford who was a 5-star recruit at Alabama before bowing to grades. We still have have a couple of the stronger defensive players in the league: LB Ben Moffitt, CB Mike Jenkins, and DE George Selvie
We play Auburn for our second game of the season. It should be a fun year; we meet Louisville and West Virginia at home this time around.
Just a notification of a dark horse out there for you guys... we have true optimism down here that Big East title contention is not out of sight.
Thanks!

Sorry Buddy But USF and just about every other team in the Big East has no chance against UofL go C-A-R-D-S !!!

Not until basketball season. Then we'll talk about UK and that "other Kentucky team".

We're seeing the effects of Willingham's poor recruiting. Not many seniors are starting or contributing. Nice to see you're still preoccupied with how Notre Dame does each week. I think you're a closet fan.
Could be worse. GT could have been I-AA. Doh.

I was at the Texas game yesterday, and yes... we looked VERY sloppy. TCU beat OU last year and it looks like they are going to beat us this year if we don't get our ---- together. Mack better be making the guys do bear crawls after that! At least Arkansas State wasn't 1-AA...

ND is typically overrated... When is the last time they won a bowl game?

I remember the times when Texas was considered overrated, and one good year with Vince Young and they come back out of the word work. But hey, being a ND fan comes with a need for a thick skin - losing 9 straight college bowl games will do that. Lets face it, fans and commentators are always preoccupied with Notre Dame football. Every season. Every week. Every game.
