It has been 6 days since my last vomit. I have been on a continious and challenging work out since June 23rd. Though I have been given at least one-two days of rest a week. The only other problem I have is my foot seems to tingle half way through my 3 mile run.

tell me you are in contact with competent medical folks...my right leg used to start tingling as i ran...but i was 41 and nearing retirement when it really became a problem...

I am arround more than competent people. I hope this dosn't evolve in to anything bigger than just a slight tingle. It usualy stops about the end of my run. It may just be my shoes and the rocky gravel I am running on. Should that tingle be anything to worry about?
