vin Intro
Gentlemen,
Thank you for the opportunity! I have served as an Infantry Platoon Leader, Scout Platoon Leader, and currently as the Assistant Operations Officer for my Task Force in Ramadi, Iraq. I attended SFAS in October 2006, made it through, but was not selected in the end. I want go back as a National Guard Officer, and I'm looking to joing C/2/19th Group in WV. I am looking forward to learning more about the community better preparing myself for the next time.

Hello
Hello All,
I'm a low speed family man in the Rocky Mountains. I enjoy competitive shooting and other outdoor fun. I used to work in Alaska for a few years & think I may have seen a few of you putting those fast black RHIB's in at the Small Boat Harbor. (I always wondered if you were just going out to pull a few pots since you didn't seem to be very well outfitted.) I'm here to glean the knowledge of those more experienced in rucking, gear and shooting. I especially enjoy the acerbic sense of humor here. Thanks.

Welcome all.
Lanyard,
You're lucky I don't ban you for making me look up "acerbic".

I've always been a lurker on this forum, as well as the ARSOF recruitment forum on SOCNET. I was just selected from class 5-07, and will be moving to Phase II in a couple of months. I'm 21 years old and currently stationed at Fort Bragg.

Lanyard....do us fellow Coloradians a favor, and there's a few of us here.....don't make us look all smart and stuff, by using BIG words, the likes of which that made the Team Sergeant had to look up......we've got these guys going, as to we're nothing more than a bunch of "country bumkins."
