Two step process to destabilize a society:

Step 1: Encourage/enable narcissistic behavior and thinking
(Everybody gets a trophy, social media makes everyone a star, create pop culture icons who are, in fact, idiots but are rich and famous nonetheless…)

Step 2: Subject the herd of newly created narcissists to repeated humiliation
(Constant condescension, encourage/enable narcissistic groups to insult each other, encourage/enable humiliation as a normal part of pop culture, sports, entertainment, and politics)

This combination will cause repeated narcissistic injuries to the affected people, and those people will eventually become irredeemably vicious.
Once a sufficient percentage of the people are sufficiently vicious, peace is no longer possible.

Yesterday, I was required to leave before service.

Staff remaining in the kitchen: 1 Culinary student from the Manila, who has spent the last 2 years with us. 1 New hire from Columbia with 1 year in country, limited English, some native skills working with doughs, a potential asset. (Rolling tart dough, Gnocchi, etc,.) 2 Front of the house back waiters 1 from Cuba, with 2 yrs. in country and 1 from Mexico with 16 years in country.
All the women are between 24-40 years old
All have varying degrees of Melanin pigmentation.

Yet, we experienced our first truly racist episode.

The new hire was responsible for staff dinner. She did a combo of home-made tortellini and gnocchi. When you re-blanche gnocchi in boiling water there is a starch residue that raises in the water, like all flour-based products, she then cooked/blanched the tortellini.

When she served the staff dinner, she told them she cooked the tortellini in dirty water. When confronted by mi esposa, as to why she said that? She played it off. At the end of the evening there is always outstanding coffee left over from service, rather than throw it out, we offer to anyone to take home. It is expensive and is a deep rich chocolatey like coffee. When it was offered to her, she said: “Give it to the black women.”

She was fired this morning.

The first thing that crossed my view of the incident, from a purely sociological perspective is the inner group racism. If each of these women had their DNA tested, it would (imo) fall between 50/70% in the higher spectrum of melanin content. Yet, the Columbian thinks she is superior by being a shade lighter, but she best avoid all sunlight!!

The second thing is the inevitable conflict that has been documented in numerous articles focused on competition between groups for the same limited resources, will surface with these 8 million migrants, that will be fighting for those recourses and that surely impact all the already stretched social services.

At the micro level of employment that we operate from the message to conform is direct. While at the macro level there is no message that will suffice to prevent conflict from developing from aggressive group on group competition. This is (imo) what is destroying Ireland, the small test site for the WEF/EU/WHO experiment, all by design to undermine the social order to instituting totalitarian control.
