The Kenosha shooter needs a substantial defense fund.

If not already hired, he should seek the very best legal counsel he can afford and be in contact with authorities to turn himself in - before he is positively identified to the mob.

I have seen some information online with his alleged age and name.

Depending on who the DA is in that jurisdiction he (shooter) is in for one wild ride.

They say a 17y/o has been arrested in connection to the shooting. I may have misstated his actual experience with a seasoned veteran that he could not have done. With that said, this 17y/o was very much in control of his situation, weapon, and actions.

So they are going for murder one, not likely a conviction if that’s the charges. Definitely self-defense by what the perpetrators recorded on their phones and cameras.

Now...reportedly Kenosha accepts federal law enforcement help. They should have accepted federal help from night one.

Essentially, all of these “peaceful protest” have evolved into riots. There are literally months of evidence giving these political idiots notice of impending violence. ANTIFA and BLM are now known commodities.

Some mayors and some governors are so incompetent they should be forever banned from holding a role of public trust higher than dog catcher.

My heart goes out to the brave teen. His life will never be the same. The clips gave me flashbacks. At his age I lived through a city/country wide riot. Police and soldiers stood by as the mob looted and burned and raped and murdered with impunity. I had neither the instrument nor the training then to reach out to the provocateurs who were driving the mob

There’s earlier interview prior to the incident. He just got pepper sprayed by the peaceful protesters. If that’s accurate, it would help portray him as one w self restrain n reasonable mind. One clip also showed him walking to police cars w hands raised but he was told to get off the road. On the flip side, he travelled from out of state to participate. That would complicate his defense. I remember in CCW class I learned that no property loss is worth life. If someone take off with my car, I cannot legally give stat 124 grain intraosseous titrate to effect at c1-c2 spine from inside my house. Extrapolating the lesson to this rioting and looting, so the legal thing to do is really stand and watch as your property, your livelihood, future, college fund, retirement etc are burned to the ground?

If you blow up one of the pictures of the guy with both hands up...there appears to be a handgun in his right hand. I have seen other screen grabs online suggesting the same. ETA as I scroll down there is clearly a picture of a handgun in the right hand of the guy shot in his right arm. The same guy with his hands up when confronted with the reality of a victim on the ground fighting for his own survival.

So, initially the shooting looks like this young kid was being chased and attacked by armed perps. No video yet of what precipitated the chase.

Yeah, RE the link referenced by myself & Bblhead on the previous page, which is of a person trying to avoid conflict, seriously outnumbered, attempting to leave the situation, getting gang rushed and then falling down while he was running back to the rest of his group (per previously taken witness statements) and NOT engaging these mob-minded cowardly pieces of shit (as are all bullies) until THEY put him into a "fight or die" situation.

At that time I didn't know he was 17. I don't care. Given the circumstances I think he handled himself extraordinarily well. I just kinda grinned - these slugs aren't worth even a single face-palm anymore.
