The XO finished his Eagle Scout present with the help of a Local AR master, built upper and lower, installed, barrel, rail and bore sighted scope. He is a 4.0 student headed to college to be a DPT. very proud

This is my recently purchased Barrett Rec7 Gen II in 6.8 SPC.

The picture is just before I took it to the range to zero the Trijicon TA31H-68 ACOG. Moved it back during zeroing to about 3" eye relief. Atlas bipod, CTK mono, and replaced the MOE stock with a Magpul PRS. Shoots like a dream!
Using Federal American Eagle 115gr for paper, and have a large load of XM68 Gold Dot for the zombies. Bought for 150-500yd range use. (PWS MK109 SBR for Shorter) Great BDC on the ACOG.

Next up will be a Barrett 98B in 300WM as my new F-CLass rifle, with NF 5.5 and BORS.

Cheers,
Frank

If you thought they weren't accurate, it holds its own. 25m zero

Adjusted sights up and left 1st target. Not too shabby unsupported.

Well, that was pleasant.

I registered a long time ago, never was able to log in. Just recently sent an email and JD fixed my account.

May I make an observation here, and maybe I run a bit on the (lack of) trust and paranoia side of government "snooping"…but I'm not all that keen on posting my "arsenal" in that case. But you all have such lovely "guns"!
