To a young troop like me, that article meant the world. I'm spreading it around so that hopefully, the soldiers where I'm at will understand that Service does not mean pressed uniforms and 9-5 work days all the time. It means hard work, dedication and sadly, sacrifice at every level.

Outstanding post, NDD.

Its men like Mr. Galloway that make it possible to still use the words "professional" and "journalist" in the same sentence. Truely a shame there arent many more like him.

I just have to say that in the second pic that is a ROSE in between two THORNS.

Great pic's.
