It isn't the first time there have been comments made that infer if you don't have the traits to be a good leader you would do better as an NCO. I happen to believe that every NCO in SF has or should have excellent leadership traits or they don't belong in SF. Being on a team in one of the Groups is not the place to learn leadership traits.

If you don't have the required traits, go find a slot in a unit as a soldier. Don' try to develope them while serving on an SF team.

I guess you didn't read my response to your post.

This is the last site where you see will NCO's demeaned, I am in a hurry therefore shouldn't be posting, but if you gleaned that from this board you must have misread something.
