Were you referring to something specific? Because I feel either way I answer this question I will end up completely off topic...
Police violence is not really an issue here in Munich. They are not specifically targeted or perceived as racist. If anything in certain areas of Germany they are accused of being too passive and lenient with certain demographics because they supposedly don't want to appear racist
